Join a Forest Bathing Walk

Winter/Spring 2026

WHAT TO BRING

- water/snacks

- a towel, blanket, yoga mat, or light portable chair for your comfort during periods of sitting

- comfortable shoes or sandals: the earth may be wet in the morning.

- layers: please dress comfortably

- you may want sunglasses, a hat, sunscreen

- an open mind and an open heart

 

Note: This is an outdoor program and will proceed in rain/shine. Since we move slowly on a forest bathing walk, standing and sitting often, you’ll want to dress more warmly than you would for a typical walk.

Leave behind any expectations and step into the present moment with curiosity and wonder.
